Delivery time

Remember to allow sufficient time. Plaques and nameplates are made by hand, and that takes time!

Items in stock: Shipment within 7 working days.

Personalized individual items: depending on the time of year, for plaques custom-made according to your specifications, in an artisanal manner, you should generally expect shipment between 2 and 6 weeks after ordering.

Competition plaques and nameplates: once we accept the order, we guarantee on-time delivery. To avoid additional charges for late orders, a minimum lead time of 3 to 4 weeks is required. The longer the lead time, the more options and favorable conditions will be available. Keep that in mind!

Shipping costs

Postage: For individual plaques, from CHF 4 to 6 depending on the weight and dimensions of the plaques. For competition plaques and nameplates, actual shipping costs based on package weight are charged.

In Switzerland, shipments are made via Swiss Post; depending on the available lead time, as priority parcels or Express. For international shipments, depending on the specific nature of the shipment, the lead time, and the destination country, specialized carriers such as TNT, DHL, or FedEx are used.

For any order to be delivered outside Switzerland, customs fees and taxes are your responsibility.
Shipping costs outside Switzerland are subject to a prior quote, which will be sent to you with the offer.

In all cases, shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Any returns and refunds apply only to in-stock plaques, excluding all personalized items.
