Plaque style, manufacturing

Our sand-cast aluminium plaques are handmade in a artisanal and traditional way.

A unique sand mold is created for each plaque. The molten aluminum (or brass) is then poured into it. This mold is then broken to recover the raw plaque. A whole preparatory work follows, deburring, polishing to be able to then proceed to the painting of the background and the relief.

Think about it for the manufacturing times. Plaques do not come out of a machine at the push of a button. We have optimized the entire manufacturing process, but there are certain steps that cannot be reduced.

We can also make modern style plaques, screen printing on vinyl, glued to a laminated aluminum base. This style of plaque is useful for reproducing complex patterns in terms of colors or for inserting a photo.

Colors

A wide range of colors is available. And if you can't find the color you want, ask us!

For a better rendering, it is preferable to choose a sufficient contrast between the background color and that of relief.

How can I pay the bill ?

At Mat’Horse, we work with confidence!

Customers place their trust in us for the realization of their product, and we trust our customers to respect their order commitment. As a rule, you can therefore choose payment by invoice.

Depending on the amount of the invoice and if the postal or telephone indications do not allow us to verify the customer's details, we reserve the right to request payment before delivery, by bank transfer, bank cards or TWINT. We accept major common credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Shipments abroad are made after payment.

The invoice is to be paid within 15 days after receipt of your items.

The invoice is in a tote glued to the envelope or package, even when the delivery address is different from the billing address. When you return merchandise that has already been paid for within 30 days of the satisfaction or refund guarantee (only for items in stock, personalized products excluded), the amount will be refunded to you upon receipt, directly to your bank account or in the form of a voucher. Delivery time

The delivery times are mentioned on the sheet of each item. However, as our plates are made to measure according to your specifications, in a traditional way, it generally takes a shipment between 2 and 6 weeks after ordering.

For items in stock, as a rule, a maximum delay of one to two weeks.

For personalized items and signage, allow between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the season.

For shows, a period of 3 to 4 weeks is necessary. In any case, as early as possible is always preferable, especially in high season.
