Delivery and shipping costs

For individual plaques and nameplates, shipping costs within Switzerland range from CHF 4 to 6 depending on the weight and dimensions of the plaques.

For competition plaques and nameplates, a contribution is charged, at most the actual postal costs.

Shipments are made via Swiss Post.

Delivery times

Aside from in-stock plaques, since our plaques are custom-made according to your specifications, in an artisanal manner, you should generally expect shipment between 2 and 6 weeks after ordering. Keep this in mind when planning your order or competition.

Payment terms

Customers ordering for the first time who cannot provide complete postal or telephone details will need to pay in advance or by credit card. Shipment with an invoice will not be possible.

Regular customers can choose between payment by invoice, credit card, or TWINT.

The invoice is payable within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

If the customer fails to meet the payment obligation, they will be placed in default after 40 days without further payment reminder. Late interest of 5% will then be due. Additionally, the customer may be charged reminder fees of up to CHF 50.00 as well as other costs, such as those arising from debt collection or legal proceedings.

Warranty:

For "in-stock" plaques, a 30-day return right is granted. The plaque(s) must be returned in the original packaging, or other packaging protecting the plaque from transport damage, in their original condition. Return shipments must have sufficient postage. The order will be refunded for the merchandise, excluding shipping costs.

For all customized plaques, the return guarantee is obviously excluded.

However, we always apply a satisfaction guarantee in the event of an error on our part (spelling, colors, defects in the model or paint). A new plaque will be made at no cost to you.

If there is a problem, always contact our service department to find out the procedure to follow.

Please keep the proof of return, which can serve as evidence of return within the allowed return period.

Conclusion of the sales contract

The sales contract is concluded upon automatic sending of the order confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase contract (only for non-personalized items) without giving reasons in writing (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) within 30 days after receipt of the goods, simply by returning the goods. To meet the return deadline, send the request and the goods back in time. The goods will be sent to Mat'Horse SA – rue du Four 29 – cp 219 – 1401 Yverdon-les-Bains.

In the event of a valid cancellation, each party is obliged to return the benefits received and, if applicable, to return any usage benefits. If the goods are returned to us in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to claim compensation.

For customized and made-to-measure items, no right of withdrawal or return exists. Order cancellation may only be accepted if manufacturing has not yet begun. If manufacturing is in progress, the actual costs already incurred will be charged to the customer at a minimum, and the customer remains bound by the sales contract.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

We strive to reach an amicable agreement in the event of any disputes with our customers. Furthermore, we are not obliged to respond to dispute resolution requests from bodies for online dispute resolution, and unfortunately, we cannot offer our customers participation in such a procedure.

Retention of title clause

Until full payment of the purchase price, except for personalized items, which cannot be taken back.

In the event of breach of contract by the customer, particularly in the event of non-payment of the due purchase price, we reserve the right to terminate the contract in accordance with legal provisions and to demand the return of the goods (also referred to hereafter as "merchandise") based on the retention of title clause.

If you do not pay the purchase price, we may enforce these rights after having unsuccessfully set a reasonable payment deadline.

Data protection, privacy policy

The trust you place in us matters to us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

You can visit our website www.mathorse.ch and find information without having to provide your personal data. During your visit, you remain anonymous at all times. Personal data is only saved when you open a session using your username and access code, or when you fill out information, order, or quote request forms.

Once you have entered your personal data for the reasons stated above, we use it only for the execution of your order and the respective sales contract, as well as to answer your individual questions.

Your contact details will not be disclosed externally, except in the event of payment issues.

All data is transmitted via the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol. To guarantee you an enjoyable visit to our site, we use cookies and reserve the right to use the information collected. No other company will be able to use the information provided.
