Delivery time

Remember to allow sufficient time. Plates and waves are handcrafted and it takes time!

Items in stock: Dispatch within 7 working days.

Individual personalized items: depending on the time of year, for plaques made to measure according to your specifications, in an artisanal manner, it usually takes 2 to 6 weeks to ship after ordering.

Competition plaques and rosettes: as soon as we accept the order, we guarantee delivery on time. To avoid risking additional costs for late orders, a minimum delay of 3 to 4 weeks is necessary. The longer the delay, the more possibilities and favorable conditions will be. Think about it!

Shipping

Shipping costs: For individual plates, from CHF 4.- to 6.- depending on the weight and dimensions of the plaques. For show plaques and rosettes, the actual costs according to the weight of the package are invoiced.

In Switzerland, shipments are made through the Swiss Post; depending on the time available, by priority parcel or Express. For shipments abroad, depending on the specifics of the shipment, the time and the country of destination, specialized carriers such as TNT, DHL or FedEx are used.

For any order to be delivered outside Switzerland, customs fees and taxes are your responsibility.
Shipping costs outside Switzerland are subject to a prior estimate which will be sent to you with the offer.

In all cases, shipping costs, taxes and customs charges are not refundable. Any returns and refunds apply only to stock plaques, excluding all personalized items.
